I'm sitting at my desk a hot, sweaty mess right now! I pushed myself at the gym at lunch and did C25K week 4, which is 16 minutes of jogging, split up into 2x 3 minutes and 2x 5 minute segments. Altogether I ran 1.3 miles, which is more than I've run at one time in 25 years.
I still don't know about the refinancing, other than it's touch and go. But I'm more zen about the whole thing. I've done everything I can do. Worrying about it doesn't change a thing other than make my quality of life poorer, so I'm practicing letting go of the stress. Same with stressing out about my schedule like I did yesterday. Since I don't plan on dropping anything, I can choose to enjoy it or not enjoy it. I'd rather enjoy myself. Every element of my life is something I chose. My life is exactly the way I chose for it to be. I don't want to forget that!
212.0 this morning, which is 2.2 pounds down from my Sunday weigh in. Evening class has changed my eating patterns, and for some reason I haven't been very hungry lately.
I want to get my goals down:
- I want to wear a dress and not have my legs chafe.
- I want to feel my hips when I'm lying down
- I want to see muscles in my arms when I'm doing normal stuff
- I want my knees to be smaller than my legs, and see the cool curves on the outside of my knee from my calf to my thigh
- I want to see the depressions on each side of my belly when I stand.
The cool thing is that ALL of these are possible!! This summer!
Great loss and great job on the c25k thats amazing!! Keep it up!
ReplyDeleteYou will get tehre. I mean, look how fricken close you are to Onederland. I lost way slower than you, but I could nearly taste the 100s when I was where you are. You'll get there. Be consistent and you'll be there by Easter, for sure. I believe in YOU.
